The G-K12 is a CK12-style capsules. The diaphragms are made of gold-plated 3-micron Mylar. The pre-installed termination wires are Teflon-insulated, oxygen-free copper.

It is an excellent capsule for C12-style tube microphone mod, and a superior choice for any instrument microphone.
