The G-K7 is a variation of the Neumann K47/Gefell M7 capsule design. It shares the single backplate and drilling pattern of the K47/M7, the 32mm outside diameter of the M7, and the screwed-on clamping rings of the K47.

If you wish to use it within a Cardioid microphone, simply leave the rear diaphragm disconnected from the circuitry.

It is made of high-grade 6-micron Mylar, vapor-deposited with gold.

The capsule includes a 19.5mm mounting post with saddle, termination wire, and all necessary screws.

The G-K7 is our darkest sounding capsule, with solid low end and a roll-off in the top end. A great dark sounding capsule!
